Author Terms

These terms apply to anyone who sells ("author") on Nexgino Elements, in addition to the Terms of Use.

1. Your items

• You must own, or have the right to sell, everything inside your item, including images, fonts and code.
• Items must be original, working, secure and described honestly, with clear requirements and documentation.
• Every item and update is reviewed. We may ask for changes, reject an item, or remove it later if problems are found.

2. Earnings and fees

For each sale you earn the item price minus the author fee for your level, shown in your Workspace. Buyer fees and taxes are added on top of your price and are not part of your earnings.

3. Payouts

You can withdraw your balance once it reaches the minimum for your chosen payout method. You must give correct payout details and may need to complete identity (KYC) verification. Payouts can be held while a refund or fraud case is open.

4. Support and updates

If your item offers support, you must answer buyers within a reasonable time and fix genuine bugs. Refunds approved because of item problems are deducted from your balance.

5. Not allowed

Fake reviews or purchases, copying other authors' work, sending buyers off the platform to avoid fees, and uploading harmful code. These lead to removal of items and closure of the account.
