This policy explains how Nexgino Technology Solutions ("we", "us") handles personal data when you use Nexgino Elements (elements.nexgino.com), a marketplace for digital items such as themes, scripts, plugins, graphics and app templates. We act as the data fiduciary for the data described here.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, username, email address, password (stored encrypted) and profile details you choose to add.
• Purchase data: items bought, licences, invoices and transaction references. Card and bank details are entered on the payment provider's page; we do not see or store your full card number, CVV, PIN or banking passwords.
• Author data: if you sell with us, your items, sales, earnings, payout account details and, where required, identity (KYC) documents.
• Support data: messages, tickets, comments and reviews you post.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device type, login history and basic logs used for security and fraud prevention.

2. How we use it

• To create and secure your account and let you buy, download and sell items.
• To process payments, issue licences and invoices, and pay authors.
• To answer support requests and send service emails (purchase receipts, password resets, item updates).
• To prevent fraud, abuse and illegal content, and to meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

We do not sell your personal data or share it with others for their own marketing.

3. Who we share it with

Payment providers, hosting and email services, professional advisers, and authorities when the law requires it. When you buy an item, the author of that item can see your username and the licence you bought so they can support you.

5. How long we keep data

Account data is kept while your account is active. Purchase, invoice and payout records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require. KYC documents are kept only as long as needed for verification and legal duties.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, optional two-factor authentication and limited staff access. If a breach affects your data, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.

7. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to access, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Email info@nexgino.com; we may ask you to verify your identity.
